Data deletion

You can close a GuyanaHub account yourself, or ask us to queue the close from this page.

1. Sign in and open account settings. Account settings
2. Download a copy of the account if you want one, then choose Close my account.
3. Confirm the email and password. The close waits two days so you can cancel. After that, the hourly job deletes the account.

If you cannot sign in, send the email on the account with the form below. We email a confirmation link to that address. Opening the link queues the same two-day close. The date of birth and any provider age range on the account are self-reported claims, and they are deleted with the account.

Google and Facebook sign-in store the provider id, the name, the email, the picture, and the age range when the provider sends one. Those rows are removed with the account.
